SMS sending platforms- Whos using what?
 

I am looking to find a new SMS messaging platform. Who do you recommend that can handle MAJOR volume and little to no costs.

Hey Rick, Check out http://boomtext.com/. This might be a good fit if you want to put something together without actually spending a ton of money getting your own shortcode etc. There are a few others very similar to this service but not sure they deal in adult..

thanks guys... So here is what we are looking at:

We are collecting a few hundred thousand cell phone records a day on over 900 lead gen mainstream sites. We want to take the data and start sending promotions to them.... Don’t know if I want to try and opt them in via sms or maybe do something via a web application (no gateway) etc...

We could do a permission pass I guess to the data each day and opt them in. I am looking for a solid easy to use technology lug and play with low MT costs to help see if this model will work...
What do you have for me?
