Hate to bring this to the boards but i've seen it work before so im hoping for the best and before epass fanboys or haters jump in...yes we have called/emailed/tried icq michael O to no avail.

We funded our account to pay our affiliates, epass claims they did not receive the funds, asked us to get our bank put a tracer on the wire and send them the info, we sent them the info from the bank and we are still waiting for the funds to be available...this has been going on for over 2 or 3 weeks now

Epass, our affiliates need to get paid :helpme

epassporte's message about holiday closures is a little vague:

"Dear ePassporte Business Account Holder,

Please be advised of the following bank holidays, which may cause delays with wire loads and disbursement requests:

Thursday, December 24th, 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 23rd, may not be completely processed until Monday, January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.

Friday, December 25th, 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 23rd, may not be completely processed until Monday, January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.

Thursday, December 31st., 2009 is a bank holiday. Wire transfer loads and disbursement requests received after 2 pm PST on Wednesday, December 30th, will be processed on January 4th, 2010. All ePassporte Offices will be closed at this time.

It looks to me that any wires received after 2pm on 23rd (including normal banking days such as 28/29/30/31 will not be credited to accounts before 4th January 2010?

I will check with the business account office in the morning and get back to you.

They may not be credited it depends on how fast our bank works if we get notified by our bank about a wire its credited the same day.
The 31st is another bank holiday.

ePassporte don't like Credit Cards, understanding not able...

well, I'm being affected with this issue, because I'm still waiting for the payment from mallcom.
I don't know what the problem is. If mallcom did the transfer only Michale has to ask to his bank if there is a transfer in process and just give a good answer.

Please guys resolve this issue ASAP!

i see $3 fee now for ATM withdrawal and its getting up yearly

I also was charged with $35.00 from epassporte this year for my visa electron, and before they used to charge this bi-yearly.

I thought they did a pretty good job of letting companies know they should send their wires before the 22nd just to be sure and if not then you are screwed...

Same shit happened last year and the year before that. This year I actually hit up two of my sponsors and they sent the wire extra early... Last year I had a few grand locked up as an affiliate. It sucks. But that didn't happen this year because I made sure it wouldn't.

Hope this gets worked out for you bro.

I see epass has raised to $3 per ATM withdrawal ... they should easily fix your problem since they are making over $100,000/k/day [EXTRA] with this increase they can easily hire more people to service us :)

Got to love the ATM raise :) WTF? is going on ... greedy bitches!

Yes...FINALLY, yesterday they "found" the wire and all got taken care of

@ V_rocks we funded the account Dec 11th not even close to the 22nd.

"Dear Affiliate,

This email is to notify you that starting this month; we will no longer
offer Epassporte as a payment option."

So I think they are leaving Epass? not solved ?
