Phone number rings busy, all icq's no response.

Im looking to try out this product plus some other people are too, but the non existing methods of contacting isnt looking to good.

Anyone with a method of contacting anyone?

A lot of their people havent been active on the forum (asspirate,adsinc) since sept and oct.

Looking for any means of contact.

Same experience here. I've also tried contacting Lori The Adult Broker as well as Immortal Pussycat since TAB helped them market the product. Nobody answers anything. :(

BTW I have adult site CMS on one of my sites.

I have great support and it works great for me. Claudio for Adult Site CMS has taken care of me on every issue I've had.

I have just used this CMS for the first time and think it is pretty good. I think I am going to switch over to this one for pay sites from now on.

The service is pretty good. Keep in mind that people often travel and have other personal things to do during the holidays.

I use AdultSiteCMS on my website and I love it. It is easy to install and learn. I previously used had the Adult Interface and I was constantly having problems. Solutions were never came by even after all the money I spent on the design. I wish I have found AdultSiteCMS first. It would have saved me 3k plus what ever was spent on the monthly fee to use the CMS.

AdultSiteCMS has low start up costs and is perfect for the do it yourself entrepreneur with or without experience with all things Adult Website related.

I can go into more details for anyone who is interested in educating themselves on the most efficient way to build a adult website.

You go to Appearance then Editor. Then on the right side bar click header.php and edit the code.

I live in the East and Claudio the creator/owner of AdultSiteCMS lives on the West. From the day I first inquired about his product he has made himself readily available to answer and solve any question or concern that I have.

He took the time to listen to my concern/lessons learned from my previous venture. He worked quickly and I had a new site within hours.

So where is he now?

Ya, where is he/she, I contacted support for a wordpress product I ordered, and got a response within the hour, its been days, and some people (Aaronm) weeks.

and look at the people in this thread with no luck either, as far as Im concerned they lost business, not just 1 client, but many since I recommend wp solutions to many of my clients.

But maybe it is the approach for said support. When i am respectful, reasonable, and detailed in my requests I notice a fast response. But if I pull the crazy emotional card the response is delayed.

The point is in the amount of time everyone has spent bitching on this thread you could have probably made a call and received a response to your request.

Sorry Eve, but your site http://www.evelaurence.com/ isn't showing any thumbs, and the few that are showing are just displaying php error messages. You should be more worried than defending them, unless you don't care at all about your business. I find it quite strange to be honest

If the response time is this low, I cant imagine a problem when someone has an emergency about the product, and no one is to be found for weeks.

Congratulations on doubling that by touting what a great product it is when your own site is both not working properly and extremely limited with the content. There is no way you have put this product through any respectable testing before posting your opinions about it.

As for your suggestion of calling him, perhaps you should read the OP in this thread where it says the phone rings busy. Maybe it was my shitty attitude that caused that too? Although I have not tried calling the number again today, I was told their was a technical issue that was being resolved and Claudio did offer me another number to call.

For the record, I chatted with Claudio this morning and I will continue our talks tomorrow.

I'm far from impressed with the way things started out but TBH, I'm more concerned about where they go then where they have been. I like the look of the product and still want to give it a shot. If the product sucks and the support is not there, I will address that issue at that time.

I was very happy with my site untill last Wednesday. I use verotel and they have been great but most affiliates prefer ccbill so I was approved and giving it ago.

I started having problems after the ccbill install with my current billing, they wiped out my access file among other things file permission messing up my tour configuration, it was a nightmare.

So last night I re installed the CMS and now configuring everything as we speak because I am not advanced enough to figure it out what the problem was and I have no one to ask. So now I have redo all my posts. But you live an you learn that is how i have gotten this far.

I take responsibility for the current state of my site and lets be honest I have only been really learning this stuff for 6 months and script is hard. I do not have a team of guys running and doing my stuff. I would rather do the hard work and keep that 50% or what ever they take these days.

BTW

I also figured out that if you use " / " and " : " in the post titles it conflicts with the SEO making the thumbnails not correspond with the actual posts. If this is your issue remove them from your post titles.

Also make sure you configure you these files ?/members/wp-content/uploads?, ?/tour/wp-content?, ?/tour/photos?, ?/tour/videos?, ?/tour/images? to the correct permissions our it won't work either, I think it is 777 .

I have 1 hour response times on some wordpress products I have bought, yet you cant even respond to people trying to get info or buy the product.

The weird thing is that they were displaying fine but if you just go to the site now the thumbnails will show an error. But if I go to my latest videos or any other page then back to the main page they will display.

I messed up somewhere. I do not even want to work on the design aspect until this is perfect and that is my favorite part. Everything in the members section is perfect, the tour just hates me.
