Epassporte Problems, This is fucking....
Unacceptable..:mad:
I sat with them in the phone ...OVER fucking 20 minutes and I had to repeat myself over 1000 times...had to spell my name atleast 10 times before the indian guy understood me. Anyway my problem...I couldnt transfer from my wallet to my visa. Took them over 20 minutes to verify me even tho I provided all damn info this account has. After 20 minutes they made a ticket and wished me happy new year. If Epassporte doesnt hire support people who speaks proper english I am not sure if I wanna continue using them. Discuss! |
ePassporte are far from perfect, but a LOT of people use them ... so it's not something you get much choice with these days!
