Do you like the design of it? I was trying to retain with the minimal concept design, just the slider.

I think the design could be a lot better. The header logo could be better. It looks a little amateurish.

we like our logo actually,

what we could improve is the small logos pictures with another , the same as main background, light background for it.

as for the recip. link, do you think it would increase a submission a lot without it?

I think fatfoo is right. Its amateurish and iframes are not liked. The whole site is going to be awkward with the slider. Just make a page without the slider. Why no cams, cameras or women in the header?
