hehe I used to have lots of fun on the company network with Netsend in the old NT days, you could send messages to all or select users.

I do think it is still in vista by enabling the "send" command and typing send /user /message

1. Right-click My Computer, and click Manage.

2. Click the plus sign next to Services and Applications, and then click Services.

3. double-click Messenger.

4. Click the General tab and select Automatic from the Startup type list, and then click Apply.

5. Under Service status, click Start, and click OK.

6. Click OK, then OK again.

Be sure to perform these steps on both the sending computer and the receiving computer.

you can use opendns
http://blogs.howtogeek.com/mysticgee...o-your-router/

there are several ways to do it but basically you find out the websites they are viewing , then block those websites and they will see a custom message you input at opendns. you can slo upload your own image that will be displayed
