LASVEGAS: HISTORIC PRICES.. Never have I seen rooms so cheap in Vegas for Internext..
 

In all the years there has been an internext I have never seen rooms so cheap in Vegas. NEVER... Internext aside I dont think Ive ever seen Vegas in general this cheap..

Normally it would be a good chunk of change for people to attend the show. I remember the year before last people who actually booked at the hotel were bounced because of overbooking at expensive prices at that.

Not this year.

Internext or no Internext I havent seen prices this low.


The Economy was horrible last year and its even cheaper this year.

Last year we have a 1250 sqf suite at 136 pr night, i doubt they would be that cheap still?

You are right, there are the best deals going on here right now.

Little tip... if you booked your room direct thru the palms hotel, not palms place, there is an offer for a FREE upgrade to a Junior Suite if you call the hotel to adjust your reservation and mention offer: OPER 473. I just got the offer via email the other day.

Vegas is cheap right now and the local economy needs your money, so get out here to Vegas for the show!!!!

It only cost me $65 to stay at Harrahs from Friday to Wednesday

Even just last year the same trip cost me almost double. When I saw the prices for The Palms I freaked! I tried to switch from the Mirage to the Palms two days ago and couldn't because it is sold out. Oh well, I will make the best of it

Vegas has been hurting very bad for about 2 yrs.

That's a good price. Bellagio was $50/night following 9/11. Got some friends the Luxor for $20/night for AEE this year.

word to the wise... when they offer cheap rooms, they dont clean them as thorough.

I cant say all places are like this. But I have experienced this very thing in Vegas.

Travel is cheap too! I have been checking flights today. (not vegas - personal trip) and I can't believe how cheap the tickets are.

My partner picked the mirage because it is across from the Venetian and the AVN's. We thought mirage was one of the closest hotels to the palms that is in the strip. Thanks for the info!

It's always been easy to get these kind of prices, through promos, coupon codes, etc... This is just the first year the prices have been more public.

I actually paid less last year than I will be this year for internext and the days surrounding it, and paid less at christmas last year than some prices quoted in this thread.
