If i upgrade my current version for free, do i have to pay the yearly license fee?

Answer:
no
The yearly fee is for future upgrades after version 4.3, so 4.2 and below (including the upgrade) are free of the yearly license fee. :)

Big question. I paid a one time lifetime fee and it is unlimited for all sites on my server. My guess is that if I upgrade I need to then pay the rates above, is that correct?

No. If you would like additional features that will be available in 4.3 and on, you would have to pay the yearly license. But if not, no, you won't have to pay. Also, as an existing SiteDepth client, you would receive a 30% discount over list price for 4.3 and on.

Only 79 more posts till the first $50 winner.. Remember it has to be a question or comment about CMS.

Congrats on the pick up Rico! I run this on some sites, changed code a little because it was sloppy before. Good to see someone picked it up and cleaned it up. Makes me want to upgrade almost! =)
