Anyone have mild back pain treated?
 

I have back pain pretty low on my spine, probably about 3 inches lower than the lowest part of my ribs. Back pain seems to be such a common problem and no one seems happy with the solution so there are a lot bullshit sites out there. I'm not going to lie and say the pain is horrible, it just makes me want to hold stiff. It certainly isnt bad enough where I would want to mask the pain but I thought I would ask you folks if there is any legitimate treatment.
