A rather odd content question...

Well, this idea might be the second, but you never know. In any event, I was contemplating starting up a new site, selling content in an alternative format. For the moment, I'm not looking to shoot my own content but instead resell content that is already available. However, the conditions are somewhat different than normal, in the sense that I plan on targeting a platform that presently doesn't seem to already have a market in the traditional sense. So what I'm inquiring about is to whether or not there are promotions that allow alternate distribution of movie content, and what the terms would be. Essentially, I would host all the content on my servers, but it would be converted to the native format of the platform I am targeting. I'm sorry if this sounds a bit vague but expressing ideas at 2 in the morning isn't always the easiest. :) So ultimately, I'm just looking to see if there are any providers that allow this kind of reselling of content.

Sorry, I really don't explain things very well. :) Basically, I wish to resell content in a different video format that is designed for a specific mobile device. Most content providers I've seen don't allow for this kind of modification of content, so I'm looking for some that do. I know that some providers already sell mobile content, but the device I'm targeting currently has no real market, so I'm looking to create it.
