I'm gay.

I used to be married but my wife followed me to a hotel and caught me with another man. She took most of everything I had and saved.

What was left, I've been living on it, trying to get back in the game. I've now spent all of my money and I have about one more month of savings left and I will be homeless.

One of the reasons I have no more money is because when I get stressed, I go on 3 day crack binges.

I'm a chronic masturbator. I can't stop. I've tried. It was very hard to hide it from my wife but I did for many years.

I smoke 3 boxes of cigarettes a day. Again, I can't stop. I've tried.

Sometimes I scratch at my skin until I bleed. It is a disorder that I also can not kick.

I need help but don't know where to start.
