looking for coder to be project partner!
 

we have few sites that we would like to finish them. Very hard to find responsible FAST WORKING coder who would be responsible and thing and work as a partner not careless worker.. So i figure may be try to find coder partner who will make % from the site and will be interested in the deal to succeed and earn big cash.

why not just write out specs of what you need, create deadlines and cancel the guy as soon as deadline one is missed
