I don't think it's "dead" at all. It's so packed in spots that you can barely walk through the place. I only wish Internext was still like this. Here is some footage I shot at around 2 p.m. Pacific time today (jan. 9th, 2010) at the show: (it's a big .wmv file as I don't have time to put together a flash page for it, so it will buffer on you)

I've been all 3 days and will go tomorrow.. It is mostly for the fans and retail type folks...It's still fun to see everybody running around trying to get a pic or an autograph...But for $145 I'll go and and have fun..

Heck, it's a bonanza for us. I see all the companies hiring girls to "sign" for them at their booths. Waste of money and time. Meanwhile CM walks around the show taking pictures with hundreds of people and handing them her card with her website on it.

I don't understand why every girl with a website isn't out here promoting herself. Every one of those guys is a potential member. Especially after meeting CM and taking a pic with her. The first thing they are going to do is go back to their motel room and look up her website from her card (her card features pictures of her nude so the fans usually don't throw it away). Then they are gonna post the pics of themselves and CM together on their myspace, facebook, etc. and put a caption like: "Here I am with Claudia-Marie of Claudia-Marie.Com"

It's tremendously effective, free, organic marketing. I guess that's why so many paysites are on the verge of failing these days. They don't take advantage of opportunities.

For instance, the Claudia-Marie IPhone app will be out in the next few weeks. Doesn't even mention porn or a porn site. Just bikini shots and such. But the viral marketing is tremendous.

And we're in the middle of shooting music videos for our original songs. Another viral marketing technique. Not gonna have anything porn related at all around it. But you better believe it will make sales for claudia-marie.com all the same.

No shit. I was doing a video of my bike earlier and thought it was tough to get all that in, and I had wide open spaces to work with.

The basics of marketing never change do they?

Today was dead at AEE. Allot of the talent did not show up or were very late and the Vivid folks never showed at all.. Their booth sat empty all day. I guess when you get that "Big" you can just say Fuck you to the fans...Because IMO when a company does what vivid did it sends a message to the fans that they really don't care about them..Just their money...

If this is the last day of the show, this is normal.

Totally stupid if you ask me. You only get a couple of days and one of them most of the people don't even come. I think they all party too hard on Saturday night. Come Sunday, you get to see who is either still awake on a coke binge and who can't handle their drugs and booze.

I had a good time at the show. I don't think porn fans are creepy at all. It's pretty much the same percentage of "creepiness" as you find in any bar. It's fascinating to me the diversity of people there.

Young people, couples, old guys, rich, poor, black, white, latino.

On another note...Internext is really dead. There are only 7 companies with a presence on the second level of the show. I stood in the center of Rain today and I could have swung a 10 foot cable in a circle around me and not touched anyone.

I will say that the center bar was packed when I left the "show" But the Rain nightclub had very few people there.

Having said that...it just goes to show you that even when there aren't many people you can still get things done.

Had the pleasure of finally meeting Angel from Exploited Moms and Exploited Teens. I've promoted there sites since they first opened them and sold them advertising space on our TGP's for years as well. Never met in person until today when he walked up and said hello.

Out of that he hooked me up with the guy who books the girls on the Howard Stern show to get Claudia-Marie on there. Nice :)

Wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been there.

JFK was shooting at AEE so I'm sure he will have some pics at FUBAR when he is finished at Internext

AEE did seem more crowded than last year (except for Sunday)... but the aisles also seemed to be narrower. There was very little room in front of our booth whenever a few people lined up for a signed poster or pics with Alysha.

We are skipping Internext this year, and we are still in Vegas. Went the last couple of years, but I don't care for the format any more. I like the old days where everyone had booths and you could walk around and check out everyone's stuff. Nowadays, you have to catch them at a party or a bar and squint trying to read name badges just to see who they are. No thanks.

BTW, saw Claudia Marie at AEE and she looked great.
