Which media server is the best choice in your opinion, and why? let me hear it.

tested many things FMS and Wowza, wowza is easier to work with and does its job just well, when considering a platform you also always want to consider what more developers and hosts know, and wowza by far is more common, it also helps its 3k less then fms

i read about problems with Wowza in the members area but can´t find the thread here. Did you experience any problems?

Agree, we run FMS and Wowza and Wowza by far is the easiest to configure and works great and is much more cost effective.

I run wowza for everything. Promo tools, tours, members area, etc.

No problems so far and ive been very pleased. Mojo Host set it up very quickly too.

I've worked with both. FMS is absolute garbage. Wowza is way better. Plus it's cheaper.

MetrixStream has by far the best options and easy to use interface.

Wowza for sure. If anyone has detailed questions about the various options and differences, I recommend just calling during the day and chatting one of our techs up.

Wowza - 100%, always :thumbsup

I have just finished a custom Paysite CMS using Wowza to serve video content. It was very easy to integrate and configure I would recommend it to anyone. Have no experience with the other though.

Wowza seems more stable, but they have additional expenses, a charge for each separate domain you go out on...
