I'll post the proof in time or when needed. Brad and his partner Brian know all about it. They took a device manufactured in Germany that was already patented in the USA and made a copy in China. I am about to release a new program for the device in question which is why this pisses me off. Our product is top quality made in a quality controlled environment, their product is made "where the fuck". I have been in adult since 1994 and I have seen it all. I hate drama threads but if it affects money that I will be investing in business ventures then I have a really low shit tolerance level.

Things like this happen all the time and many go untouched. You see a nice product on vacation in Europe, you buy one and send it to China. It works unless the comapny has a patent. In this case they do. Ask BradM to show his patent.

the sellers/distributors of knock off products aren't in China and can be and are sued and put out of business all the time. BUT it's like the content piracy problem in porn, there's so much of it it's impossible to go after all of them, for every one that they get shut down there are hundreds who merrily go along their way. I have a friend who was making a fortune on online selling Ed Hardy knock-offs - Ed Hardy found him, had him shut down on ebay, and when he went to his own merchant account and sales site again they got him. He gave up, thankful they didn't sue him.

This does sound a little strange, doesn't it. He says he doesn't even have a patent on it. So why does he think he can manufacture this, but the other guy cannot? And why is he acting as the patent police for a patent he doesn't have?

Guys, this is just a heads up. I just found out about this yesterday after being in talks with the legitimate company for almost a year in Europe. Promotion takes money and when I ran across Brad's knock-off I raised questions with the company about it. I heard the whole story and I know that litigation is following. This is in no way a "threat thread" and I have no hate towards their company. All I ask is that they show their permission to sell their FastSize Extender which is patented in the USA by a company in Spain. This is all I ask. I am going to sink some serious cash into the promotion of this device and if someone is selling an illegal device, it affects my sales. Is this difficult to understand? I would hope not.
