Hosted flv's and/or hosted mp4's question
 

Does any paysite owner offer hosted mp4's instead of flv's. Can this give issues with tube script players or are there any other reasons not to offer those hosted clips in mp4 format ?

depends on your tube script. I got a script that only accepts flv's.... just check the code and see for your self if you already have a script.

My question is more about what I can offer to affiliates. But when you tell me your script only accepts flv's I guess there are more affiliates using a script that wont do mp4's.

What script do you use btw ?

i seem to remember firefox not playing mp4's properly in one of the popular swf video players, but i imagine it's more of a problem with scripts assuming video wll be flv when converting and taking screencaps. wouldnt worry too much though, most scripts/players will play mp4
