GI Joe Movie - Worst Movie of the Year
 

A friend had told me it was pretty good and I finally rented it last night. It was so boring and poorly acted that I couldn't stop yawning.
Don't waste your money renting it, the worst movie of the year in my opinion!

That movie it's a big budget tribute to action B-movies, trust me!

And it also has Siena Miller in leather...

I kinda liked it and never understood the hate for it. Wasn't the best movie but I through it was entertaining enough, good mindless fun setting up the GI Joe team as we know it.

I liked the film tbh. Each to their own I guess.

It was a fun movie to watch, just don't look to it for art value.

Love Sienna Miller but the movie sucked.It's one of those movies I wouldn't watch the second time.

He is actually a good actor but that movie he was BAD.

Just one time at the movie theatre was enough for me...

not the best movie of the year but definitely not the worst... and the CGI was pretty poor.

I expected it to be total garbage and when it was over I actually really liked it.

Jennifer's Body, Orphan, and Fighting would be three right off the top of my head that were much much MUCH worse.

GI Joe was a fun action type movie, not an Oscar contender by any stretch.

So funny you mention this movie...I got about 1/3 of the way through it last night then shut it off.

Worst Movie of the Year is a bit much, but it was pretty offensive.

worst? I don't know ok it was a little bit stupid (dialogues and story) but it had some nice action scenes, special effects, jokes and it wasn't as long as Avatar :) .

Being a big GI Joe fan I was pissed they took the name and slapped it on that garbage. I knew it was going to suck once they signed Marlon Wayans as Ripcord (Ripcord is white BTW). Then they fucked up the whole Snake Eyes Storm Shadow story. And don't even get me started on how their headquarters was in a foreign land. The GI Joe tag line is only "A real American Hero."

i agree. there are scenes that they're trying to make it look dramatic but failed... it ruined my childhood dream about a GI Joe Movie. the GI Joe cartoon has a lot story in it that this movie didn't materialized... i was expecting it to be on batman(DarkKnigh) and marvel caliber...

the old GI Joe cartoon is more sensible to watch.
