TCG Gold Vault...
 
Has anyone placed an order with tcg gold vault? all points expired 12/31/2009 so I had a few points I cashed in for something in the gold vault thru their website. Haven't heard one word from them and it's been 2 weeks. I asked Laura and got a reply but have had a hard time getting an answer or reply since a few days ago with the status of my order.

So if anyone else has used the gold vault or knows how long it takes to process an order thru it please let me know..

The first request I see is to LL on ICQ on Jan 11th, thats hardly two weeks ago. You told LL that you emailed before 12/31/2009, but frankly, we have no record of that email. However we'll make an exception and you can claim your GBP's, you just need to verify your epassporte account with LL.

Jay will take care of you, I had some points laying around that I was gonna cash in for an Xbox 360 last month after mine crapped out and was out of warranty. Trying to put in a claim didn't do anything, so I hit up Jay and he took care of me right away and just sent me cash through Epassporte, which was nice.

Thanks for reminding me. They were supposed to cash my points in for cash on an item I asked for. Not sure if it ever got done.

Jay frankly you are full of it and I will post icq logs if need be. I did it thru the website like I was supposed to do 4 days prior to 12/31 and didn't hear anything back after days of icq's. so go ahead and act like it's my fault if it makes you feel better buddy.

that's all i was asking... obviously the website is messed up that's why i posted asking if anyone else tried that method. so jay no exception for me.. I did what I thought was the right thing to do before 12/31 it just didn't track it or notify you guys. I wasn't slamming tcg or Laura.. just wanted to get some feedback from others so I know how to proceed. you must of had a long day...

Sounds like you messaged during Christmas/New Years rush. That may or may not of had anything to do with it.

And you're all pissy over a few points that you should have cashed in a 6 MONTHS AGO. The gold points have been done with and expiring since last August I think.

At least I've got something you do not. My Gold Vault Points cashed in, I did it almost a YEAR ago when we were told they were stopping using them.

As I said, first email I saw about it was on January 11th, from LL, with her ICQ log and your request. If you sent an email before 12.31.09, we did not get it. Odd tho, we received any other claims for GBP's over the holidays.

You are insinuating we ignored the email you say you sent as a reason not to pay you, which is absured, over $80.00.

Jay I don't know why you think I'm insinuating anything.. Laura can vouch for me hitting her up and it taking awhile to get a response as she was sick and someone else was sick that handles the orders is what I was told. Laura apologized for it taking so long and I was very polite to her and hopefully she sees this thread and backs me on that. So why you are trying to turn this on me I don't know... but this thread would of never happened had I got replys to my icqs letting me know what was going on. As I stated in my original post I just wanted to see what others had to say about ordering thru the gold vault and how long it took to process. I never said you weren't going to pay me? and I neber said you ignored me. I have no attitude and I am 100% in the right as it's funny I got no attention until I posted this thread. I told Laura I was starting this thread she can vouch for that also. So long story short I didn't receive any status updates and tried messaging you and Laura both with no replys for days. There is no attitude just wanted to know what was going on. So if you want to be the victim be my guest but Laura and I know what transpired and I was never rude or had the thought I wasn't going to be taken care of... the question was when and what was going on exactly to confirm my order.

i tried both of those emails and didn't get a response, tried the goldbar email too, tried lauralee too. i've forwarded the emails from august to you now.
