Who knows what really happened. I doubt Jay or Conan have much control on this whole situation. But Conan has been failing and Jay was winning. Maybe that late night model is dying. When carson had it, it was a very different time.

True, anyone who knows comedy and knows their respective histories, will always agree that Conan is far superior. If you watch Kimmel's episode as Leno you'll understand why Leno is such a primitive comic.

If Jay was winning why was his show CANCELLED?

Maybe Conan's bad ratings had to do with a bad lead-in from Jay's sucky ass show? There is PROOF that the news right after Jay's show had in many area a 40%-50% drop-off in ratings since Jay's show came on. Now it's logical that Conan, which comes after the news, would see a similar drop off. It also doesn't help that there is "Tonight Show" style show right before the news. Many people don't want to watch 2 of those types of shows in a row. NBC will continue to FUBAR this by getign rid of Conon and keeping Jay. I'm not sure how Jay steals the Tonight Show from Conan and lives with himself. I have no respect for Leno. Johnny is rolling over in his grave.

i'm sure conan would turn the simpsons around and write great episodes but i don't think they can afford him.

i love conan and think he's hilarious, i only get like 1 -2 chukles from jay from actually laugh out loud with conan.
