Any car audio experts here.

I am looking for a car audio player with a hard disk or some other kind of storage so I can just load up my audio collection.

Most of them out their has a iPhone / MP3 player connector but then i need to keep connecting and removing it and it will 'hang' out side

The problem is when you plug a USB drive , the shit sticks out. Their is a new one comming out that will take a SD Card but not until April

Sound quality matters for the headset. You never purchase a shit make in headsets.

Ive got a full Alpine system in my motor. However, here is a nice sony http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,1880245,00.asp Its got a gig of memory! :thumbsup

are you looking to have the hard drive in the head unit itself?

The kenwood music keg has a 10 or 20 gig hard drive that you can connect to any kenwood head unit or use the FM modulator to control it from any head unit.

:2 cents:

All my music are in digital formats, I dont have a single CD. So I am looking for a car audio receiver that i can load up the songs. Most of them have a USB port but then I have to plug in a USB key that sticks out.

Ideal will be one with SD card slot or hard disk
