awesome mac and cheese concoction
 

i just made some mac and cheese- and then mixed it with some garlic, onions, and tomatoes and put it in the oven. the outcome was really rad.

i thought i would share this with you.

Actually, I don't think I have ever eaten at a Lucky Strike. Maybe had a couple beers, but that is about it.

I am not a mac and cheese fan, however, whenever we go to Smith & Wollensky in Vegas, their truffled mac and cheese is a must have side.

truffles and mac and cheese is basically better than an orgasm.

What is [kind of] funny is that I went in begrudgingly accepting their mac and cheese since it was something completely different when I was a kid.

Not all of them have mac and cheese. I know NYC doesn't, but I think Chicago does as well as Vegas.

Sounded quite tasty to me when I heard it. Don't you ever want simple food like mac and cheese, potato skins, hot dogs, etc? Fancy all the time gets boring.

Yeah seriously! I mean they serve mac and cheese at Ruth's Chris- and they serve Mac and Cheese at Denny's. It is the food that unites people from every class! Mac and Cheese can really fight capitalism!!

Solid basic recipe...except I also add chopped green peppers and celery to the mix.

Had a good green chili mac and cheese as a side the other day at a local place. Also had some good truffle ones in the past.

Can't feed my boys the Kraft dinner one though. That would be some form of sodium based torture.
