Can anyone suggest what is the fastest way to receive ePassporte card?

Pay for it and you'll get it in the mail. It takes about 2 - 3 weeks.

Yes, mine arrived in 2 weeks exactly.

Well they now charge $3 bucks per transaction with the epass card...

I did pay the thing they ask but they still said 4 weeks.
