if you truly need to do it - here's my advise.

First talk to a bankruptcy trustee. They will talk for free. Sometimes there are other options.

The first thing they ask and check many times into is if you are suicidal.
They will make sure you are stable and will tell you the legal options available to you.

Put EVERYTHING on the table. Hide nothing. Be Honest. Declaring bankruptcy to make money is wrong. Its a tool for when you have to start over.

Bankruptcy is a legal way to start over in life. Your old life and debts die and go into an estate.

follow the rules for your area and work though it.

I filed back in the early 80's and went the CH11 route. Paid back about 50 cents on the dollar overall. Wat it rough? Yes, but with proper cuts in spending most people can do it. Took 2 years and I was free to start over again. It worked for me, just something for you to think about. Ask your lawyer about the options. Don't jump quick.

I've never been thought a bankruptcy but I would not feel bad doing it to make money IF I stood to make a good amount. How can you say it's wrong when the very governments who say it's wrong are more corrupt than any one of us could ever be?

This doesn't mean I would cheat the system, I'm just saying I would not feel guilty if I did.

I filed in the early 90s and it sucked, it got creditors off my back but getting credit over the next 7 years was impossible, even when I was making huge money (for me) in adult it was inside the seven year period and sucked
