Good accountant for internet biz in california area?
 

time to move again, so im wondering if anyone knows a very good accountant in california area who knows wtf he is doing..

California is kind of a big area. You might want to narrow your search. I prefer face to face meetings with my accountant, so having one on the other end of the state would do me no good. Just saying.

Well, if you buy something useful - it's an asset.

Trouble is figuring out wtf is useful.

make sure hes a cpa, if you are setting up something new also involve a tax lawyer. The IRS is going after many people as there is a shortfall of tax revenue, you want to make sure your books are in order.
