2nd day of the market tanking
 

So, if it dips back under 10,000, what will that do for the scrap of "confidence" we've been clinging to so desperately? Will that go back into freefall, or is this just a minor bump in the road?
I still think these fortune telling analysts are way off base.

my wife keeps pushing me to buy a co-op/condo/house...still not sure the timing is right yet. We really don't know where we are heading. :2 cents:

i have no clue why its so high in the first place. there was nothing in terms of economic growth supporting the numbers. Just companies making money by cutting their payrolls.

Not sure why it went back up to almost 11000 points in the first place as there are no indicators that suggest the economy is in recovery... :(
