Going to Budapest March 5th-8th with my sisters and mom on family trip.

Whats area is the best place to stay for shopping/sights?
When booking my sister asked me how many bags do you need to check? I said none I have my hand luggage its only 3 days, she answered "but everything there is cheap we booked one bag going there and 2 bags going home each" :eyecrazy
So it have to be close to cheap shopping areas but also somewhere close some can not miss tourist places.

If its close to some fun areas where I can go out alone and have drink or two and have fun without the fear of getting mugged or ripped off its a plus to :)

If you are running a company out of there and want to talk about ePassporte let me know I would love to do so and it gives me a great excuse for not having to go shopping with the family :D

If there is a place for women in their early 40's to go look at guys let me know and I won't have problem dumping my sisters there while I go look at girls in their early 20's :pimp
