Any of you guys ever had this issue with your Wacom pen?

Mine is loose like this and it's kinda difficult to work with when I'm trying to do "fine" adjustments or detail work.

That's normal. Wacom pen tips are supposed to flex like that. You can set the sensitivity in the software.

Mine has some give to it, but very little compared to yours. That looks like too much to me.
