IMO, there is a much higher chance that some girl you pickup at a bar or elsewhere have an STD than a porn actress. *Most* in porn get tested regularly and catching something could fuck with their livelihood; some drunk college girl in a bar who favors one night stands likely doesn't pay the same attention :2 cents:

The rest of it looks like maybe one persons poor view and assumptions and acting like other people have no responsibility for how they behave in public. Theres good and bad in everything. You just have to be a good judge of character. You can easily blanket statement all the girls, but there are some decent girls that do porn.
