Non exclusive content

I have 15-20 non exclusive videos i bought years ago from PicsMasters but they are not online anymore, can i use them even if they dissappeared months ago?

can't see any problem - you got the stuff licensed from owner so you can use it.Doesn't matter if they continue thier biz online or not
