i just got my ccbill sales back
Ccbill was solid to me while I found out what my problem was.

I saw massive declines in signups.
I reached out to my host, my user mgt software and ccbill. It turns out my um had a security breach, During this process my host was somewhat helpful, my um amember extremely not helpful, and ccbill always there to check out every one of my suspicions. For that, thank you |

CCbill support is good so far but there was a migration error (from the old to the new system) and I've spend about 4hours yesterday (live chat support) to find a solution. Thx

I do have an issue still that I have asked before via phone and was told it was taken care of. I just got 4 denial emails reason being subscriber already had a subscription. I want that turned off, if they are trying to buy a subscription let them. If it is because of internet problems and timing and they pay twice then they get a refund, but I get these denials a lot. Correction... 9;10 was the first and 9:19 was the last. So 4 people just decided to cancel within 9 minutes not 5... My bad
