Can I fuck most of the pornstars I like by doing this?

Can I say I'm starting a paysite and throw a camcorder in the corner? Instead of breaking the law and paying for sex I am making a legal business choice and best of all I can write it off my taxes as a business expense. Damn I'm good.

MaDalton 01-29-2010 10:10 AM

brilliant idea, you're probably the first to figure that out ;)

Martin 01-29-2010 10:12 AM

MaDalton 01-29-2010 10:14 AM

perfect thread btw to start the discussion again about the difference between doing porn and prostitution...

You mean the chick would be upset if I said, "oh by the way, I don't really care about production values I just want to enjoy some tax deductible pussy" ?

Make sure she signs the legal documents and you get a copy of her ID.

And you get a model release, ID and content.

Plus she does what you want and not what she's prepared.
Plus you get a 3 hour good fucking and not 1 hour.
Plus you get boasting rights with your mates if she's a star.

Been there, seen that and got the T shirt. :1orglaugh

hotcontent 01-29-2010 10:56 AM

Good Luck! but but you're not first in this

maybe she puts more effort in it when she knows the camera is actually running. you can always use the same tape if you don't like watching yourself :P

never tried it myself but i know one guy who did that all the time and then sold the content to ATK ;)

CaptainHowdy 01-29-2010 11:00 AM

Congrats I guess...

And an up to date negative STD document. Check hers as well. Try asking a hooker for that or a date.

MaDalton 01-29-2010 11:00 AM

Umm, if I don't have a camera man and I just have a camera or two on tripods could I really sell it? For how much?

Really I get 3 hours for less money? This plan is better than I fucking thought. It looks like all the girls that are kinda famous escort at $1500 an hour. When I say "kinda famous" I mean the most famous 30% that you would see at Brazzers. They shoot a scene for $1k, right?

seeandsee 01-30-2010 07:53 AM

maybe you get some earnings at the end

You really think the content could be worth anything if I just have a camera on a tripod? I doubt it.

fatfoo 01-30-2010 06:21 PM

In some places, I think it is feasable that pornograhpy is allowed, but prostitution is not allowed.

Think of it as this - you can fuck the woman as long as it's not in exchange for money.

So, if she fucks you for free - it's not prostitution.

Shady PI.

BillyHoe 01-30-2010 11:22 PM

welcome to the world of POV content. Let the debate continue.

DBS.US 01-30-2010 11:36 PM

Turn on three video cameras and do your thing. Now just edit it all together.

Kelli58 01-30-2010 11:38 PM

1) It depends greatly on where you live. Some states prohibit filming adult content. So let's just assume you live in an area that allows it.

2) You will need to keep your testing current, just as all the stars you work with, you will want to make sure they have a valid / current AIM test.

3) It's not real romantic or even very fun but always business before pleasure. Before going down to "business" make sure you have checked her ID to ensure she is 18, get copes of her ID, have her sign a release and so on. Even if you are just having fun, you gotta keep it legal.

4) Keep extensive records of everything you spend and specifically what you spend it on, because yah, like any business, those expenses could very well be tax deductible and hiring of the talent is included.

5) Make sure you have all the proper permits required for a shoot. I know in Houston you must have a SIN license to do anything adult related and every city and state is different. Basically you just don't want to get busted for not having the proper paperwork. Some people keep the location a top secret so they can avoid this step but well taking that risk is really up to you.

isn't that the whole idea behind the casting couch...

A good male porn model. When shooting a hardcore version, cable version and softcore version it can take 3 hours or longer.

It depends on the scene, if she's a starlet it's a no brainer. Set it up as if she has to fuck to get prove she's any good.

Give this man a cookie for getting it spot on.

pornlaw 01-31-2010 08:42 AM

In the US, there is no state where this is legal. Even in California, technically POV is still considered prostitution but no one ever gets prosecuted for it.

According to the seminal case making the production of pornography a protected First Amendment right in California, People of the State of California v. Freeman, the one fact the court hung its hat on so to speak was that Freeman, the producer, was not actually receiving sexual gratification for his money. He was paying other actors involved in the sex acts.

the footage will look horrible and the camera angles will get stale after about 60 seconds. unless youre selling it on a hidden security cam type of site what is the point. i hold my cam mere inches away from chicks most of the time and i usually bump them with the wideangle or the shotgun mic a few times heh
