Seems like after speaking with a few other webmasters .net is a rare platform in adult :1orglaugh

easyppv.com is all .net

I have one in .net but would rather have it on the .com... was when I was first starting out and just haven't stopped using it.

I avoid .net as much as possible. All of my servers are LAMP, and I generally don't do work for Windows-based servers.

I'm pretty happy with iis 7.5, had to do a lot of tricks in code for some features not present in iis 6.0. :winkwink:

Seems moving from 6.0 to 7.5 also increased performance by a ton as well :thumbsup

I can imagine it'd be much better, as it's more advanced now and runs on the latest NT kernel...built for modern hardware, unlike IIS 6.0 which was built for modern hardware 8 years ago. :) Systems of the past won't really be able to take full advantage of the latest hardware, and maybe they actually got some bugfixes into this version. :) What's your specs?

All of my sites are .NET but I'm a .NET developer outside of adult as well.

The first site I ever ran was a community site written in .net but I have done php ever since. Fuck windows servers.

reason i wouldnt do that again is because for every 10 solid lamp guys u got maybe 1 .net guy

Yeah seems if you source any coding out you're in trouble if you're on .net...

Just do everything myself :winkwink:
