They are fixing the expired domain issue as we speak and wait for the DNS to update worldwide. |
Offline... sucks for them...
|
Online for me.. redirected to clubseventeen.com since I didn't have an exact gallery address.

Yeah they are back
|
why sponsors don't have their domains renewed for years in advance i'll never understand.
|
I got a feeling we will not be paid this week..
Or is that done separately? |

Sunday payserve.com got expired by 8.30am GMT. It's quite unbelievable this happened, because a domain like this should of course be autorenewed. Anyway, it has been renewed yesterday short after. The domain should have been picked up by most providers by now again.
Sorry for the inconvenience. |
Still down for me, 25h by now :(
Would be interesting if they auto-compensate for the lost sales, or maybe we get an affiliate cut if some surfers backordered the domain :) |
Finally works for me :)
|
NetSol suspends domains right when they expire??? No grace period?
|
Up for me now ... how did they forget to renew in time the domain?

At this moment 90% of all traffic has been restored
|
How come it's only been renewed for 2 years? Seems crazy.

Let me explain a bit what has happened over the past few days with the
Payserve domain. We decided to switch from Networksolutions to Moniker a long time ago. Since most domains were paid for a long time and the fact that NS does transfers only one-by-one, we decided to set all auto renewals off and move the domains per month to Moniker and get rid off the non-profitable ones. Because of the holidays at the end of 2009, something went wrong there. The mail of NS did not arrive correctly and the on Sunday the 31st of January at 9:30 AM CET NS switched the domain to themselves. Of course we discovered pretty quickly that there was a problem and after some searching they discovered the expiration of the domain. We contacted NS and paid them quickly (for a standard 2 years) and had the domain switched to our pages at about 10:30. Most nameservers picked up the update almost instantly and 80% was working at about 1:30 pm. Unfortunately some Nameservers use caching and somehow NS did not update the files in a way that these caching nameservers were trickered to update the file. After lots of e-mails and phone calls on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday , all troubles were fixed on Tuesday the 2nd of February at 10:00 am To cut a long story short, we made a big mistake and hope that all of you Guys will understand the shitty days we have had and keep promoting us in the future ! Take care! The Payserve management. |
