Those stats are worthless without giving a time frame. Im assuming thats a month which would make each site what like 12k/day?

It is per month for sure, but I'm more than sure he exaggerate the visitors. Those figures he give you are most likely impression not unique:

I know alexa is not accurate, but still it give you a good idea. He think he can rip off some people on this board like with his crappy domain.
