Looking for a dirt cheap designer for a small jobbie
 

I need the header replaced on my site http://www.tu8e.com for something better, i dont nead all the bells and whistles, just a nice, clean and smart replacement.

I might also want something to replace the telly at the top and maybe some sort of basic background, dunno yet.

Gotta be cheap :D
