I'm looking for High Traffic sites. Preference goes to blogs, but TGP, Link Lists, review Sites, Social Media and Tubes are good as well.

As some of you know I'm a data freak, so I'll require at least 1 year of traffic stats. I don't care MUCH about revenue, but may obviously have an influence on price. However, my main concern is traffic. If the traffic is organic SE, way better.

About price, if you're out of your mind or thinking Santa will come early this year, then don't even bother. I know adult business and its state, so get down to Earth and we might do business.

Willing to pay up to mid-high XX,XXX (but it has to be something outrageously good or several different sites so don't dream. Besides, I'm damn poor)

I have a well established website catering to a specialty niche that might not be for you, but I’ll throw it up here anyway. The website is the leader in said niche and established itself through well researched, well written content accompanied with coveted photos and videos.

The website gets over 400,000 unique visitors a month (4 Million page impressions). Bounce rate is only 30% and average time spent on site is 7 minutes. The readers are dedicated and very responsive so each new posts gets dozens of comments. Up to summer of 2009, I used to get about 500 comments per day and it got overwhelming so I restricted commenting to registered members only. There were hours upon hours put towards the website the popularity of which was built through this dedication and provision of super quality content. The popularity was growing too much and became overwhelming hence I have restricted the ability to comment on posts, but as new owner you can re-enable commenting for everyone and enjoy hundreds of comments on each post.

This is a real deal website. There are no tricks here, no dropped domain name, no artificially enhanced Alexa ranking – nothing of this sort. This is a sincere, truly well established site with the finest sample of internet users. The site has no obligations and has never had as far as links or traffic trades are involved. All of the website traffic – all 100% of it down to the last visitor is on the site because they want to be there. I do not do link trades and have never done. The traffic was not built up by passing surfers from one site to another. My readers find exactly what they are looking for on the site which is why the site is a leader in its niche.

There were 150,000 unique type-in visitors in the last month. These are the dedicated readers who will follow the site even if you were to screw up and get dropped from the search engines for some reason (not that it’s likely to happen, just providing it as an example). You would still get more than 100k unique visitors a month because this website is so well established and regarded and has its own following independent of external sources. The lowest this website has had in last 8 months was 10,000 unique visitors a day.

The domain name the website is on is a pure gem on its own. It’s a .COM 8 character domain name representing the most popular search phrase of the given niche. The best domain name one could own in this niche.

I am currently entertaining all offers for this website. The niche is very specific and not all people can handle a website with this type of content (think 4chan, except from illegal stuff). The visitors my site gets count as some of internet’s most influential.
