Not hard to do to be honest!
And i doubt they are doing much at all, other then user generated stuff.

It would take me weeks just to upload a small project to them :(

the pricing is very good

pretty easy looking site to make if you have the server power for all the encoding. It would pretty much just be a tube script that doesn't publically publish the videos, but only gives them to the original uploader
