Blu Cigs Aff. Rep. Contact info?

Anyone have contact info for a Blu Cigs rep?

Didn't he/she post here at one point?

BFT3K 02-09-2010 10:51 AM

Blu Cigs affiliate program is a scam! Stay away!

eBay 02-09-2010 11:15 AM

dropship your own and make more u can use focalprice or dealxtreme

Chi 02-09-2010 11:54 AM

I think it might be Liz at AEBN. She should be at XBiz LA right now, but I'm sure you can hit her up. Her ICQ is 353902844.

If she's not the correct contact she should know who is. Good luck!

Signed up - got my aff code - placed the banner everywhere - checked back in - my aff login no longer worked - no stats - hit them up for details - no reply.

same thing happened to me actually but if i remember correctly they reworked the program not long after I signed up.

I am attributing it to that but that is besides the point. I have a customer that wants to buy Blu Cigs to sell in his bar, no rocket science but I need to talk to someone who can figure out how to make this happen.

Blucigs made some changes on the affiliate platform, a new username and password was sent out to every affiliate on the Email they had on file.

Me too. Signed up, made some small sales, could not log in after that.

Never received any mails.

The only reason I would give them the Benefit of doubt is because they are owned by AEBN

SBJ 02-10-2010 11:55 AM

well I guess they don't want affiliates very bad cause I joined last night and never received my login info via email. It's not worth it to do follow up emails if they can't even send you your welcome email :error:error

I have been trying to contact Joe for 3+ weeks now about some payment issues, someone else always responds who is completely fucking clueless! Whats going on?

st0ned 02-10-2010 02:13 PM

Not to spam or anything, but I also had issues with Blu Cigs during the initial launch. These guys are solid. They have the most advanced promo tools that I have ever seen also. They even have coupon codes that you can promote with your affiliate ID in them so you don't even have to give anyone your affiliate link. Just say enter this coupon and you get credit for it, they get 10% off.

:winkwink:

The product is more than twice the price, and the REVS is 15-20%. Blu had me at 35%, can we just get a blu rep in here or an icq # please stephane76?

True, though with 20x the promo tools it should be quite a bit easier to snag at least 5x the sales. I didn't have much luck with Blu Cigs and when they stopped accepting orders I switched sponsors. At any rate here is a bump for a Blu Cigs rep. :thumbsup

Got my login looks like they changed the payout:

Pay-Per-Sale Affiliates are paid a flat payout of $15 on Starter Kit sales & $2 on Cartridge Carton sales

Hey, i just got his icq 576-441-287
The price hasn't changed, $59.95 for the Starter Kit :winkwink: They added tons of new sales tools as well, and did a lot of work on the stats. Talk soon :)

I meant his product cost more than twice the price of blu for a starter kit.

Completely clueless is an understatement!! I sent an email to Joes address and still got completely canned responses, even after I said that not being able to get BluCigs wholesale was not a problem and that I had a buyer that wanted to purchase 10-15 starter kits, whoever it was was still going on about wholesale. When I asked to speak with someone higher up to help make this RETAIL sale happen smoothly(because it was unusual) and get away from the canned responses their response was..

"I don't do "canned responses" and anyone can see from the thread below that I have been trying to assist you. Again, we're sorry you don't like our inability to offer you wholesale.. "

I finally gave up and have moved on to another program.

stephane76 02-10-2010 03:26 PM

If you want to refer that sale you can order 5 at the time. ( order over 5 kits get flagged when referred by an affiliate)
So you would have to put two orders in to get 10 kits
If you don't want to refer that sale, just call customer service 1-888-207-4588 and they will take your 10 kits order at once.

Sly 02-10-2010 03:28 PM

I don't understand why this Joe person just hasn't joined the thread.

He logged in gfy allright but couldn't get to the "Fucking Around & Program Discussion" part of the Board, he sent an email to Eric to get it unblocked.

See that's what I was trying to get for an answer! Not the answer I wanted but it will suffice. The "correct" answer would have been contact me with the order number and I will make sure it gets taken care of. :winkwink:

Since you have a clue let me ask you another question. Do I get $15 per kit on an order of 5(well ten but I will have them split it into two orders) or do I get just $15 per order.

If you guys ever need a rep just to answer emails let me know because who ever that was just one big waste of my time and I was no smarter about the process when I finished than when I started.

I believe you may be correct.

1. Affiliate system changed, they supposedly sent out an email, no one got.
2. incompetent affiliate support, canned responses, doesn't bother to read emails.
3. non existent phone support 20 mins on hold today trying to make this order happen, 15mins on the phone last week trying to get my own order straight
4. Over worked(I'm assuming) live chat, i waited 8 mins between responses trying to find out why my order was delayed only to find out that(see #5)
5. right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, website said black was on backorder, when I called it was the white that was back ordered.

and the final straw, after trying to get an answer to couple of questions before referring a large customer I just went to log in to my affiliate account that I have been in and out of all day using the information they provided me. The account is now gone. So yeah I am beginning to think your right, the program is a scam.

Way to do biz Blu Cigs!!! :321GFY:321GFY
