Which hosting companies would be perfect for you to start up a few tube sites?

Dont think I need a dedicated, cause I dont expect to hit huge traffic numbers..

But what would you recommend of hosting companies?

its not any different than any other hosting. get a regular hosting account some place and grow from there.

you will at least need a VPS if not a dedicated. Most tube scripts require alot of stuff that you wont get at a virtual host.

Especially if you plan on using a script to convert uploaded videos and have a decent amount of traffic. If you are planning on just using hosted videos then you can start out on smaller virtual plans while building up the site with some of the scripts out there like the Nubiles or the TEVS scripts to use sponsor hosted videos, but even TEVS recommends a dedicated server for the best performance.

TommyM as others have already posted you really should get a dedicated server if you are going to start up some tube sites as you will need the resources and special moduals that you will not get from a shared server. We have a few bery nice and afordable dedicated server packages going on right now. Both of these options would be a perfect solution for you to get going in the tube world. Naked Hosting shared accounts have all the tools needed for tube scripts. As most have pointed out, dedicated server is the way to go.

However, that being said, if you are just testing the waters and starting out then our shared hosting will work perfectly for you. Most shared hosting plans do not come with ffmpeg and requirements for tube scripts, but ours do ;)
