Verotel - do they have some serious problems??
 

Hi there,

we have been using Verotel since years, and never, ok almost never a bigger issue. Also they have been paying on time every week...

But now, since the weekend they seem to be down in some way... We noticed that they are using new join pages...

Anyone knows since when they changed to the new join pages?

Anyway, since saturday, feb. 6 almost ZERO new sales for us. Also the click stats seem not to work since then. Some day there appears a number, sometimes over a whole day, no single click??? This stats used to be live, I mean... As we know our sales very well, this is kind of very weird..!!

Also we noticed that the live chat option in the control center is no longer there...

We would be grateful to hear of some of you webmasters who are using them as long as us, if you experience the same problems??

Sales are steady for me, but I did notice that over the past few weeks (both in the sign up e-mails, and in the billing summary interface) I see a lot of missing address information like this..

Been using them for years. I have not had any major issues over that time.

I can't say I have noticed any problems on sign ups recently. I have been getting new one's every day. No complaints from members or people trying to sign up. Although, I have not added in any "new join pages".

No proeblems to report here either. Sales are coming in regularly, no complaints from me or my customers.

it used to be a great processor, in one year I made enough spare money to buy a new brand 2004 Honda Pilot, I miss Verotel good ol'times, I miss Certifier, I miss Lancelot...

Lancelot, haha ..what a blast from the past! I used them to bill for my first paysite waaaaay back when.

Yes the join pages have changed. About damn time. They look better to me and I am going to look closely to see what has changed.

The join pages are waaaaay better than before, and man o man the joins are rolling in now thick and fast. Bizarre thread title when in fact Verotel are making great positive changes....:thumbsup

Yes, I can't remember when the last time I saw sale for verotel in previous period, and just wait to see my next post that I am just writing in this moment.
