The graphics look similar to the games "Half Life" and "Counter Strike". Is this game made by the same company that made those 2 games?

Bioshock was done by 2K Games.

The first one was my first totally immersive next gen experience. The music, the story, the voice acting. All just brilliant. Hope this is as good.
