This venture makes custom made dresses for women using alot of technology behind the scenes. I have created software that can resize a dress pattern to a woman's measurements. The factory is in Jacksonville, FL (where i live), and proudly made in the USA.

the adult traffic experiment is if a mainstream product can do well with adult traffic.

i believe that the surfer is on a porn site, and they are thinking with the lower head.

once they have found what they are looking for, as they exit the site, you have a few seconds to catch their attention to have them think with the top head.

since Valentine's Day is coming up and guys with gals (or gals with gals) that are looking for something different to give, this makes for a great last minute gift.

I think affiliates as well as paysites could do well with this mainstream product, running the valentine's day promo

the cliff notes version: "kara bazma" translates loosely as "black fabric". the original idea was to make "little black dresses for all body shapes" and need a fashion sounding name.

i understand your point, but what i am doing is tying offline with online.

I have these business cards that have a white box at the bottom, where an affiliate code is put in. Hair Salons, nail salons, anyone who has access to people can hand out these cards. The affiliate makes $40. The website visitor will get $5 if they use the coupon code.

Same with the web. As an affiliate, a surfer who clicks on your link lands on a landing page that explains to them if they want to get $5 off, they need to use the coupon code, if they come back another time. If they click through to the site, then the coupon code is set.

The problem with cookies, is that if a surfer is at work and finds the site, and then they go home, but they remember the domain name, then they visit the site, and the affiliate doesn't get the credit.

Same issue happens in adult... if an affiliate is pushing a paysite that has an easy to remember domain name, and the surfer goes on another computer (ie. at their home or a friends), then the affiliate doesn't get the commissions.

By using this coupon code method, it should ensure that the affiliate gets the credit for the sale, because to the surfer/consumer $5 is $5.

I debated whether to put it on checkout like most places.. and i know when i have seen that on a site that i am buying from, i start searching google to find a coupon code.

I decided to put it up front so that if you did come because of a business card, or you type in the domain name because you saw the affiliate link with the $5 coupon code message, then you capture that upfront, so they know they will get their credit.

that is the experiment.. that once the guy has gotten his satisfaction, i believe you have an opportunity to have him click on a non-adult banner/offer, until then, he will ignore everything except looking for T&A.

I also believe that a good percentage of men surfing porn have wives or GFs, and Valentine's Day is coming and may want a unique gift to give.

yes, launching with just the first dress (but given the research i have done, its the "perfect" little black dress). have many more lined up along with working with other designers.
