I would've chose c except that you don't need to submit to or register with search engines... Google spiders host servers regularly and lists any new sites encountered.

Budget notwithstanding your best option is g, as long as the traffic/links you buy is solid and not scripted or otherwise trickified (hardlinks, natch).
