Dude! that movie is awesome! everything, the characters, the animation, the actors, the plot... it is probably the best movie Iīve seen in a looong time and Iīm not a big fan of this 3D animated movies. if you have the oportunity to go see it in a 3D cinema donīt think it twice, its tottally worth!.
Ps: would you hit it??? http://www.filmschoolrejects.com/ima...r-neytiri1.jpg |

if alien women came to earth, looked like that and the govt had some sort of special unit to test what would happen i would be first on the signup list. |
Very well done movie - nice graphic effects.
The movie has some heartfelt touching moments, too. Some people made porno versions of the movie with the blue skinned chick. |
Hope Ill watch it soon in 3D.
and yees I'd hit it |
I'd hit it.. the only problem is she is really big.
I dind't like the movie tho, nicely done but the plot is pure cheese. |
I hear the DVD release will have the sex scene re-inserted into the movie.

I still haven't seen it but I bet it's an awesome special effects entertainment ...
|
I don't think the plot is awesome, the effects yes of course, but the plot... gimme a break, I've seen that history a zillion times.
|
yeah, it was good. Not awesome, but worth seeing for sure.
|
I refuse to see it...
|
I saw in 3d and then went back and saw it in 2D. I preferred the 2d much more as the colors were much richer and not dark/washed out like the 3d iteration.
The 3d did not add that much to the movie for me. I also felt kind of boxed in by the glasses. |

James Cameron isn't famous for complex plot or good character development. The story pretty much followed a straight track and the characters, especially the "bad guys", were very two dimensional.
James Cameron is someone who wraps themselves up in the details- he's all about visuals, props and special effects. He's more concerned with creating a believeable alternate reality than creating an oscar winning script. To that end, I think he succeeded. |
That sounded snooty... what I'm getting at is it's a fun movie with some really cool effects that uses motion capture performance CGI in a way that has not been done before. It's very impressive, especially in 3D.
It's a good ride, just don't expect high art. He will probably take home oscars, but not for screenplay or in any of the "best actor / actress" categories. |
