Does anyone have any other contact emails for Adult Platinum than the support email on the site? I have sent 4 emails now with no response.

Yep - sent one off today to Eric. Crossing my fingers now.

It takes awhile for those emails to get over here all the way from austrailia.

They have a phone and by the time you wait on hold with international rates that phone gets rather expensive. Then you have to wait up until midnight just so they will actually be there beacuse of the time difference. I'll stick to my free, quick email thanks.

They don't put you on hold. In fact, the last time I called I was talking to the owner himself in about 35 seconds.

Secondly, I have NEVER had to wait on hold to get a live person on the phone from their office.
