Looking for a business phone that does the following
Need a business phone for well, my business. Would like to set up a custom menu where I can say "For mike, press 1, for sally press 2, etc etc. However, I wanted it to be able to forward to another phone number instead of another line on the same network, like my cell phone or what not. Any suggestions?

For a small guy you would probably get that through your business line carrier or through a voice mail service...

Using magicjack :(

I've worked in several reception areas and offices. A lot of offices use these standard phones with extension 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
It also has this option: Let's say there are three business phones in the office place. Person #1 has to option of pressing a button to "listen in" to business conversation person #2 is having with person #3. Person #2 could also be calling anybody in the world and person #1 listens in. |
They can also talk to each other in three-way conversations on 3 phones and things like that.

you can do all that and so much more with ringcentral.com

evoice.com :thumbsup
Hands down probably the best system I have found. I have 3 accounts with them for various businesses and extremely easy to use and setup... not to mention pretty cheap too :winkwink: |
Already using ring central, was looking for an actual land line physical phone.
