Even if you don't make all that much money, I mean damn... really?

I don't understand it either. You spent years working in this industry to build up a reputation, and then you trash it over a small amount of money. I don't think he has even left the industry, but I wouldn't know for sure since he doesn't reply back to anyone. I can understand if you have money problems. You may have been making good money, then things go to shit you trying to make your house and car payments, falling behind, etc... but you don't just go into hidding and basically tell everyone fuck you. Work it out like a man, break it down into payments if you have to, take a couple months to do it, etc... something, just don't ignore everyone and walk away from your debts. Personally I would trash my credit and make credit card companies wait to be paid, I would be out giving blood, selling shit etc... anything, before I shafted my business associates, muchless my friends.

How did the Colts throwing their last games affect the final results in your pool?

By the time you get to the last couple weeks of the season its down to the last couple teams in our league's playoffs. It would only affect someone that has one of the players on the colts' team that was benched, say Payton Manning for example. If you had Manning and he was benched that game then it would suck for you, you would need to start another QB. However I think the way it worked out, the teams that were in our fantasy league championship didn't have Manning or any of the Colts star players on their team.

First of all you would have had to play and win to be affected :winkwink:
The league is a lot of fun, we have over $6,000 in money collected and paid out to the top 4 people (4th place pretty much gets his money back). Robb failed to pay his share which was about 1/12th of all of the money. There was still a lot of money paid out to the winners, just not as much as it sould have been because of Robb.
Robb will not be playing next year, obviously.

It's easier when you are in person, you can just collect the cash from everyone and one person holds it. We trusted each other, and it didn't make sense to make extra transactions through paypal, epass etc... and waste money on fees (everyone send the money to 1 person who then sends it to each winner). We just sent it directly to the winners at the end of the year and cut out the middle man. If we would have paid up front it would have all been sent to Robb since he was the comish, then it would have really been some shit if he kept the whole 6K instead of just not paying his portion.
