that's a tough one.

taxi is about 20-25 euros
Train should be around 2 euros and another euro for metro. I think you take train to Passeig de Gracia first, then take yellow line metro [L4] to Poblenou, get off there and walk north towards ave Diagonal, hotel is around the corner. At least I think this is where the hotel is: Carrer Pere IV 272, Habitat Sky or Hotel ME Barcelona.
