Whats the going rate for "template" designs?
 

I'm looking to have 3 to 5 template designs (mainstream) made for a project and within the next few weeks up to 10 to 20+ more for different verticals.

This is basically a "free website" service so all the user info is stored in a database and they pick the template and then it populates the data in the specific areas, so this NEEDS to be in CSS for the most part.

I've gotten a few quotes, but I know there are some decent designers around here that can put stuff together quickly.

I can do them for about $200 a piece. That price can go down for large orders.

i hope your not being serious. i can buy them on a template website for $65 each...

I'm not looking for anything fancy, just some standard cookie cutter designs offering different layouts of content and colors
