Somebody said a joke about feet being 3 inches long
 

The joke goes something like this:

A person says to a genie, "I want to have a dick that hangs down to the ground." So, the genie made his legs 3 inches long.

Anyway,

This is unrelated. I found an Ancient picture of "The ruler Tizoc." Notice the short legs - only feet.
